Love great positive energy!

Instructors are great and the studios themselves are great. Amazing facilities and amenities. It's a very welcoming environment with lots of options to choose from. Being able to go to any core power studio with your membership is a bonus and the app is also very convenient to find studios and specific classes to attend.

I love the teachers. I recently reactivated my black tag membership after a several month hiatus while I dealt with some serious health issues. The other day, I returned to my mat for the first time in many months. Amelia was my instructor for a C-1 class that I could barely handle in my current state of recovery. Amelia was so great. She made me feel like I had come home. Your teachers are your greatest assets.

At the end of any workout I feel relaxed, rejuevenated, and stronger in mind and body.

I love the 75 minute sculpt on the weekends, the ease of parking, the environment and I have had a lot of great instructors there. I love it when theres adjustments that help me relax my muscles and take in my final shavasana.

Everything is clean

I love the friendly service and everyone feels like extended family! One thing though, it seems as if some of the teachers use the same routines every class, but other than that, everyday is a new challenge and they help push me when I can go further and help me to back off when I need a break.

Quality classes, instructors, beautiful facility. Peaceful vibe.

I like that I can pay by time and don't have to "join" the gym. This works much better for me than joining a gym as I have different workouts that I like to do and can't find them all at one gym.
