I really enjoyed my class with Robyn, the Highland studio has a welcoming layout, and parking is easier than in many other locations.

The amount of classes offered

I love love love Yoga Sculpt. Most of the teachers are excellent. Music is sometimes too loud. The heated classes feel so good, especially in the winter. I love the CPY Tri idea.

Suggestions for improvement:
1) Offering pre-natal yoga classes (less strenuous, less heat, less crunches, more balance-work). 2) Making classes more affordable. CPY contradicts the yoga philosophy that all are welcome. Yoga should be affordable for all people. The drop-in rate should be $5-$8 -Not $20. Most competitors offer monthly memberships for $60-$75/month. This is still more expensive than a regular gym membership and is more reasonable.
3) More events in the summer with yoga outside OR partnership with Yoga Camp.
4) More inversion workshops!

Location of studios, different types of classes, convenient timing

I really liked the CoreRyder class- very different than any other cycling class that I have done in the past. Overall, I love the availability of classes. You have a wide range of class options early in the morning and later in the evening- perfect for my schedule!

Clean rooms, reasonably consistent in terms of classes, most classes have enough room per person, instructors sincerely care about providing a good experience for yogis.
