I am really glad to see CPY collecting food to distribute to folks who are impacted by the federal occupation.
The Highland team is very welcoming and instructors are great. There seems to be more age and gender diversity at Highland than I have seen at other Twin City studios, which I like. The facility is always clean and I like the fan in the change room! Highland seems to have avoided the drama that has unfortunately impacted other studios.
Overall, my wife and I are very appreciative of CorePower. Sculpt has helped take my cardiovascular fitness to the next level in just a few months (30 VO2 Max to 41) from slightly below average to above average. It has also helped me get better quality of sleep and destress. We have 3 studios within 15 min of our house and appreciate the flexibility of # of classes. We go to Rosedale and NE also.
P.S. We miss Lola and Eve who resigned recently, both great instructors, as in some of the very best I have had in over 10 years of practicing yoga. Appreciate how CP benefits our community!
