I like the instructors and the locations.

Convenient location, thoughtful instruction and great facilities.

I feel the workout is awesome. Its challenging, never totally the same (always fresh) and totally invigorating. The other members aren't judgemental and the staff remembers your name and are always so friendly. I feel happier, stronger, more flexible, and less stressed after every class. Its funny because after every class, I tell my friend, "That was the best class I've every taken!" Love it!

The studios are always very clean and the instructors take the time to get to know you and help in deepening your practice. I enjoy how the instructors are aware of your body and try to help in alleviating weaker or problematic areas.

Clean Studio Anazing workout

I have enjoyed my membership at Corepower for soooooo many reasons:
1) Schedule is flexible with my body (which class is my body needing right now!)
2) Schedule is flexible with my work schedule (what can I don to fit a class into my day!)
3) The teachers are well trained. (the technical guidance has been helpful. Every teacher has a great tip for a posture that reinforces my progress. Many times I find a teacher who just nails it and I get a whole new perspective that is unique for my body)
4) The music is eclectic, some teachers are better than others in making that element interesting, but at least it's not Enya!! One time I took a yoga class and that was all the teacher played!!
5) The core focus is great. I took pilates for years and this brings me back to that focus and realizing how powerful it is to always be mindful of your core. I'm a chef and on my feet all day. This has save my back and made me more aware to always engage....it's so easy to forget;)
6) Location...Location...Location....!!! I travel a lot and have really enjoyed being able to pick up a class in another city. It seems like the studios are really in tune with their "local" culture, so it is always refreshing to get that spin as it differs from my home base.
7) The Studio is always clean, the staff always friendly and warm in greeting me as well as making an effort to say good bye. Nice:)
8) Bottle water refills. It's small, but it's great
9) My ultimate favorite thing that they do in the SLC, UT studio (I visit during snow boarding trips) is the lemon-lavender cold wash cloth at the end of class. AMAZING!!!!
10) Last of all, I'm not one to like "airy fairy" talk when it comes to spirituality and "my practice".....but I have to say the messages I often get at the beginning of class along with the reminder to remember what brought me to my mat, and the dedication have given me a lot of insight and enlightenment to why I love coming to class. It's not just a workout, the purpose is clear in how it will serve me in other areas on my life.

Tried other yoga places after this and could never find any better.

The class times work for me and the instructors are dedicated and knowledgeable.

Core power has Manduka yoga mats for sale. I was looking on the island for awhile for a Manduka yoga mat. It was a great bonus to get an orchid colored mat on sale!
