Very friendly instructors, very clean and maintained (doesn't smell like a gym or locker room), great schedule (at least for me), classes start and end on time, and the one on one adjustments are very helpful.

The teachers are phenomenal. Nina has an incredible flow in her teaching and Hillary gave me a challenging workout. Both are kind and nice. And very inspiring and knowledgeable.

The yoga classes are very fun and relaxing. The instructors are also very experienced and motivating. I really appreciate the accepting atmosphere of the studio and the message to love and trust your body.

Good classes and schedule clean locker rooms
I am concerned about the cleanliness of the weights and blocks and alcohol is not very good to be using in mats...could you offer a safer alternative for mat cleaners? Mahalos!!!
