I like the different types of classes and the variety of different instructors. I wish there were more HPF evening weekday courses and Sunday mornings.
It’s so motivating. I really like that the workout changes every class. The loud music is great for me and I feel so strong!

The amazing staff! Marlene, Theresa, Suzanne, Sandra (And everyone else who works there!!) are wonderful. They truly make everyone walking in feel like we are part of a family and CPY would be remiss to lose any of them! Very thankful for CPY Ward!!

Everyone is so nice, and it is such a welcoming studio for all skill levels. I love that I don't feel judged for not being the best yogi, and seeing the smiling faces when I walk in makes my day!

Sarah’s class at Victoria ward park on Wednesdays at 6 are all I look forward to every week. She’s an inspiring and respectful instructor. I leave each class with a clearer mindset and feeling amazing. She deserves a raise but you can tell that she truly loves what she does.

I liked the instructor, room size and class routine.
I loved my C1 class and how Mahina on Saturday and Maka on Sunday took the time to help me and give me recommendations for my injured wrist. I wish this class was available during the weekdays.
After a hiatus due to scheduling and the pandemic, I was finally able to make it back to the mat after almost 3 years! As always, the staff and instructors of CPY Ward were amazing and so gracious. Excited to get back to it on a more regular basis :)

Loved this location. Intimate and inviting but still allowed for personal space on the mat.
My instructor was Linda. She was excellent in that she established a "come as you are" environment and I felt very comfortable following prompts while being guided through the flow. Music wasn't too loud and complimented the flow well. This was my very first hot yoga experience and thankfully, it was not so overwhelming that I'd be likely not to return. In fact, it was just challenging enough to convince myself that I am actually able to survive the heat. Looking forward to my next class!
