The atmosphere is great and relaxing. The staff had a vibe that rubs off on those around them creating a safe and happy space to be comfortable in yourself. This place makes you want to return even if you're a beginner and the moves can be challenging, it's hard to give up with the support around you. I simply love it!
I love how clean and well equipped the studio is! The staff is friendly and there are plenty of classes scheduled during the day to choose from.
The playlist was great! The teacher was amazing!! Great flow to the class, nice curve… going up to the highest and slowly coming down to relax.
