For being a beginner and brand new and nervous . As soon as we started I felt very comfortable and although I know I wasn’t perfect or good I felt like if I continue doing it I will get better and improve ! 10/10 best experience will be getting a membership !

I love that there are classes all day with a variety of intensity. The staff are also so friendly and the studio always feels inviting. Being able to shower and clean up after is always a plus!

Kailua is my home studio for I live in Kaneohe. I do go to your Ward Studio on a regular basis and occasionally your Kahala Location.
Your instructors are the reason why I work-out at CORE POWER. In Kailua I like them all especially, Hannah, Jaz P, Maka, Leah, Emma, Caileigh, Linda and Chelsea just to name a few.

Pierson was the first class I tried and that kicked my butt, BUT made me fall in love with Sculpt. I love that each class is intentional, me as a mother - I need that space to really think mentally that this is time for myself in the best way possbile. I truly enjoy CorePower!
Core Power has a variety of classes at all levels and the Yogis are all very helpful and inspiring!
I love core power!! The staff is so friendly and the classes are great. I love knowing that the C2 flow will be fairly consistent, starting with sun salutations and then some good core exercise near the halfway point. I get disappointed when the instructor forgets to include the "core".
CorePower is great studio. Clean, showers, a variety classes and teachers.
There are only two small things that I ever take issue with.
All classes start 2-3 minutes late. To accommodate late students, when the majority of students arrive early or on time.
And some teachers play the music so loud my Apple Watch warns me about hearing damage.
I liked the C2 with First name removed. Perfect blend of athletics and strength with stretching.
