Love the variety of classes. Sad about no 6:00am c2 but there are so many. Will we get more hair dryers for women’s locker? Will we get more weights? I visited Denver and they have so many - 4#, 6#, 7#. We run out of 12# quickly in a class core strength if there are more than 6ppl. Many dumbbells are worn down to the metal/rust.

We love Jaz P’s classes. I started to go about 8 months ago and loved it!!! Now it is a family thing!! my sisters and my mom attend as much as we can because we all love core power!!! Jaz’s classes are challenging, and fun!!! Her energy throughout the class motivates us to push ourselves while enjoying our workout. As a mom of 3 I always felt like i needed to find a work out worth the mom guilt and I am so glad we have!!!! It is worth the time! I promise!!!!
I love the versatile classes, and the class availability. The teachers are high energy, for the upbeat classes like sculpt, and calming for the more yoga-ish classes like c-2.

Scarlett’s class was absolutely amazing! I never knew that I could enjoy a group workout class this much. She did a great job of providing personalized training and offering lots of modifications for more challenging positions. So grateful I took this class!

The atmosphere was fantastic. The music that was playing matched the moves we were doing. Instructor Raena was on beat, encouraging, made you feel you can do it. Her cueing was on point. I knew what was coming up next at all times. She modeled the move and also gave a modification, which I truly appreciated. Thank you Raena!
