Christy’s classes are amazing! I tell others about her classes all the time. It feels more like a holistic mind, body, & spirit class, not just a work out.

She was phenomenal. High energy, great motivated, packed, fun class.

I am a member in SF, Duboce Street, SF is my home studio, but loving my CPY when I travel, I discovered the Ward studio in Alo Moana, Ward Studio a few years back.

Gio!!!! He’s the best! Also the studio is clean and locker room is really nice and modern looking. The students were friendly and engaging. Lots of parking at 8 am. Easy to get to the studio from town.
The classes offer a lot of variety. You know exactly what you will get out of each class, from a gentle flow to a vigorous weight training circuit. A refreshing change for yogis and exercisers.
Loved the workout, the instructor was very motivating
I have taken multiple classes here since the studio is close to my house. Convenient, but more importantly enjoy the trainers you have. Liann, Christy. Teresa, Rachel, Scarlett, Bailey, Jessica, Cambrie, and Karen are amazing!
Armay was the trainer and enjoyed my sculpt class I took. She was clear with her instructions and she has a great energeitc vibe! added with the infrared heat, the class was awesome!
The teachers and customer service staff are wonderful!

As one gets into the higher number Earth orbits around the sun each year - yoga and particularly CorePower Yogo is one of the best ways to stay young in a in a well functioning space suit during one's journey.

My first class was wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I've never done yoga before, and one of the instructors came over to me after class to show me certain poses and to introduce herself. As someone who is socially anxious, I was very soothed by how calm the class was and how warm and friendly the people are.

Corepower has changed the way I see myself. I’m confident and happy with my body.
I feel good 👍 but too hot 🥵 sometimes I go out few mins but I enjoy to go.

Everyone at the ward studio is so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like part of the community right away when I moved to Oahu from Kauai. I love all the different teachers. They all have such great energy and enthusiasm. I am always uplifted and energized after every class.
Love all of my practices at Ward because of my Teachers that I have. Teacher’s at Ward are amazing and they bring so much energy that I look forward to going to practice after sitting and mentally worn down at qork every day. Ince I reach Corepower I feel excited and after my practice I feel rejuvenated and happy! I go to Ward and joined Corepower because of those special teachers.
I also like Ward because the students are friendly.
Everyone gives off good energy!
I wish that Ward had infrared and that would make Ward perfect!
