It was my first time back (in a long time) to doing hot yoga and it felt so good to start at core power. The instructor that night (mahina) helped with my postures and pose. The class was intense but relaxing. Definitely made me realized how inflexible I was from all my weight training I’ve been doing and is considering to continue doing yoga again to find connection and focus within myself and flexibility for my body. Please make l 5:00 c2 weekday classes!!! Maybe 2-3 times a week and alternate with sculpt :)
No matter what location I goto the class structure is the same, I like that.
The price point for Hawaii is too high.

The instructors are amazing ! They always create a fun and loving environment. They switch up their routine for regulars like myself which makes going to classes more challenging and exciting. They have amazing products and a great selection.
The staff about CorePower Kahala are amazing and create such a warm and welcoming energy! The management team are so friendly and supportive and the instructors are so approachable and helpful before, during, and after class. I love this studio and I genuinely look forward to every class I have the privilege of taking there.
