The teacher was amazing and the studio made me feel like I was at a day spa! Very clean, provides locks for you to use in the locker room while in class, LOVED all the merchandise at the front.... Variety of items that are very reasonable priced. Everyone is so friendly ... It genuinely feels like you are walking into a community not just another yoga studio!

I love the classes, especially the sculpt class. we stretch, we get cardio, we practice balance, we burn calories, and i love the heat! I appreciate the instructors also. all of them go out of their way to prepare for class and are very encouraging and supportive throughout class. some go the extra mile and help adjust you during your workouts, and spray aroma therapeutic sprays at the end to help calm and seal your practice. I have a 6 month membership and definitely plan on extending it.

I love the instructors and the variety of times the classes are offered. I also love how my very first class I felt comfortable and welcomed!
