I love how the teachers are always wanting you to improve, they are so kind and positive it really helps set the environment as a happy one. They are so accepting and welcoming I love this place.

I used to think I wouldn't be able to stay still and calm long enough for a yoga class. I tried your hot power fusion class the other night and I thought it was challenging enough where I felt like I was actually working out and I surprisingly loved the heat and sweating everything out. At the same time I felt very relaxed during and many hours after. The staff also seems very friendly and knowledgable and accepting/patient of beginner yogis.

The classes are usually uplifting with great music. With that said I feel the instructors for the 5:30pm and 7:30 pm classes are going through the motions. I went to one recently and barely broke a sweat. The music was also terrible, some load techno club music. They should play more recognizable songs like The Weekend, "I can't feel my face". I know the class would also respond to "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppanwolf. That's a little older but it in a spinning class recently it was fun to work out to and showed creativity.

I love that the room isn't too hot. Many other studios make the room so hot, I never enjoy the classes. I actually thought I no longer liked hot yoga until I came back to core yoga. I love that it starts off warm, grows warmer but is still comfortable while being challenging.

I enjoy the guidance and intentions that are brough to each class by the teachers. It's always something new and thought provoking.

Great atmosphere.

I love the sculpt classes and the C2/3 classes. I like the schedule times and its great that there is free parking close by.

I love how each instructor has a different class and the music is 8/10 times spot on.
