Alex A and Hope are both amazing C2 instructors. They know how to open class with a focus DURING the warm up, not before, their flow is creative without being excessive, they teach you form without preaching, and their language is inspiring and unique to their personality. Missy teaches a challenging sculpt class with awesome music that isn't blaring techno. She always comes up with a new workout every week. I love Brooke's sculpt as well. Her smile and energy fills the room!

I like sculpt, and the hot yoga classes; I just wish the routines would change more often. I've taken a lot of hot yoga, sculpt and hot barre classes while traveling, because I like variety. Some of your teachers aren't very motivated to keep the room very hot, or make the classes more difficult. I think if some of your teachers were more creative with the moves, it would make your classes more interesting. Variety and creativity is key to keep clients coming back for more.
The staff is fantastic. I love the Montaneers, especially Brooke. Happy 10 years! 😘

Love sculpt. NEED a class at 8am or 9am. 10:30 is too late and all the other morning classes are too early. EVERYONE would come to an 8am. I've spoke to so many people!!

Loved the instructor! One of the best yoga classes I've ever taken. Sometimes yoga instructor bark instructions out and while my body benefits, my mind is not refreshed. I felt amazing after this class, body and mind refreshed!

The teachers at Wilshire are the best! I always know I'm going to get a great workout. However, most of the reason why I am a black tag member is the weekday 6:30am sculpt, and during boot camp times, that really interrupts things for me. There should be a pro-rate option for black tag members who can't commit to boot camp, if that is going to take up a prime slot.

The highlight was the class with Alex, such a knowledgeable, strong, and compassionate teacher who clearly knows alignment and it's importance for safe, happy yoga and healthy bodies. I enjoyed the friendly, community feeling of the studio, and reception. It was my first visit to Wilshire. I live in San Diego. I'm grateful for the good experience.
The lobby areas seemed a bit cluttered, though all was clean and welcoming. Wilshire certainly met the high standard of the CorePower studios.
Instructors are great. This locations has a very welcoming atmosphere.
