The set up of the studio makes me feel at peace/happy. I do not feel that way in other studios. The instructors at Wilshire are the BEST!! I love yoga sculpt & especially because it is at 1030..great time of day for this class.

Love the Wilshire studio, the heat and the teachers. Wilshire is a more advanced studio than Westwood which makes it my fave!

Amazing workout atmosphere and nice, fully stocked locker rooms with shampoo, face wash and tampons. It's like i don't have to bring anything. It's so easy.

Lindsey is a great manager and a very good teacher. HOWEVER, for many months in her Wednesday sculpt class she has been playing a very terrible song and I pray she will stop TODAY. It is this awful re-mix of Whitney Houston's Dance With Somebody. It is long, repetitive, unexciting/boring, and annoying. You can literally feel the energy escape the room from most of the students. No one likes it. Why anyone would play any song over and over again when there is so much great music available at all times is ??? Thanks!

I like that there are very early and very late classes. I like that there is a good mix of difficult physical and mental practice. I like that the locker rooms have showers. Always great instructors.
I appreciate the wide range of classes all throughout the day. Your teachers are better than most. The space is clean showers well maintained, always someone at desk to help out.
My one complaint- which is not really a complaint is that the demographics of wilshire are limited, young white women, not age or ethnicity diversity- I am always happier with the group is more diverse.
