I love everything about this place- the instructors are fantastic, the location is perfect, the classes are exactly what I need. I have a preference for CorePower 2, but I also love HPF & CP 1 and have tried Yoga Sculpt. YS is hard for me right now, but great nonetheless.
The teachers care & are fun! Great community environment.

Clean but small studio. Hot water can be a challenge at times with the showers. But overall a great studio with authentic and thoughtful instructors.

I love mb corepower! The whole staff instructors are extremely welcoming and patient. I have tried a bunch of the sculpt instructors and they have all been excellent each bringing their own personal slant to the sequences. It’s obvious to me that they put a lot of thought and care. This location has a beautiful community feel and personal touches that make every class special. They also bring in outside vendors and do special events.
Instructor was great! It was my first class and I felt welcomed. Instructor made the class fun, was clearly knowledgable and prepared. Room was really full, I wish that the floor had markings for mats so people didn't have to ask eachother to move around.
Kandie was an absolutely amazing instructor. I loved the ambiance, how nice and welcoming everyone was, and the location is perfect. Will definitely go back!

Great warm reception and clean facilities. Smaller but functional yoga rooms and chenfa is a great instructor.

Warm welcoming and clean locker room! I never have taken a c2/restore class yet and the is one was amazing! Thoughtful and authentic sequencing felt great!

Mina Ji is a very talented yoga teacher. She provides an encouraging atmosphere in her sculpt class. I will definitely be back to take her class.
