It’s hot so your muscles and joints don’t hurt when you’re doing the poses. The instructors are very understanding of what you can and can not do

My instructors sandy andgracie were phenomenal. sandy had candles to have a very serene, dim lights C2 Flow. Gracie gave the most amazing plans for a hot power fusion class

Great instructors!
The teachers are super great! But the facility is dirty, the ceiling in studio 2 is full of dust: I have been going to this studio for 3 years and the same dust is hanging right above our heads. Bathrooms are dirty and many times are out of order. There are more modern and beautiful studios of different type of exercises (Barry's, sole cycle etc), we are spoiled. So, I think it is time for a renovation of the MDR studio.
Have been going to core power many years. Love their vibe & how the teachers are respectful, enthusiastic & knowledgeable. I do notice that teachers come & go but they are definitely on their A Game regardless.
