I love corepower, the vibe, the energy etc. I love the music and the instructors. I’ve never had a yoga class get me into better shape or make me feel as good.
The only thing I wish was that there were more classes offered that would be doable for pregnant women. I love corepower and generally love that it’s heated, but since it’s generally thought to not be safe during pregnancy, there really should be at least one class per day that’s not heated or very mildly heated as it forces women to have to pause or cancel their memberships if they get pregnant. I know C1 used to be offered, but it seems like almost every studio in the LA area dropped offering it.

I love CP Yoga, but I cannot take classes with a mask on. Many other gyms in L.A. are ignoring the mask mandates, I suggest you do the same. I will continue to exercise elsewhere until CP drops the mask requirement.
Such a calm and peaceful environment that helps you to motivate yourself to get there and be present… The hour to yourself is a wonderful thing

I love the room temperetaire at Wilshire cuz they make it hot and that’s the purpose of hot yoga. The classes are all amazing. However, since new variants of Covid is coming around now, if they can announce that everyone is vaccinated and wearing masks are optional at the beginning of the class, I would feel a little more comfortable if I want to wear masks just to be safe. Right now, everyone is not wearing masks and makes me uncomfortable to wear masks.
I like the variety of classes. Recently I have learned to appreciate C2. Wilshire is very well run by Annabelle. The staff is friendly snd provide challenging yoga sculpt routines.
I would highly recommend any classes led by Annabelle, Rachel and Morgan.

Great safety practices: everyone wore masks, vaccination card was checked, and the yoga room was spacious and not overbooked. The instructor was also friendly and led an engaging class.
