Jessica's Yoga Sculpt class was just as intense as her passion for teaching
The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were instantly noticeable from the moment I stepped into the studio. The staff greeted me and made the check-in process seamless while preparing me for my first experience with hot Yoga so I wouldn't be overwhelmed.
The studio was thoughtfully equipped with a generous supply of mats and towels to rent and blocks to use, making the whole experience worry-free for a first time.
The Wind Down class was fantastic. The instructor, Bennett, demonstrated exceptional expertise, offering clear, insightful guidance and providing hands-on assistance to help understand the poses.
The entire experience left me feeling more relaxed than I could have hoped for and I can't wait for the next class!

The power sculpt class was intense. I hadn't done hot yoga or any exercise for awhile so I was pretty sore the next couple of days. Jesse and Nana taught the classes I attended and both are fantastic teachers.
Clean, organized, instructors very well prepared. The sessions have a flow structure that works perfectly for the body, mind and soul. Always a great sweaty experience.

Elizabeth, the instructor, was super friendly and she gave different variations of the posses. It was my second time there and I am very new to Yoga. I appreciate the community and support from the team there.
I signed up for the core power 2 class which was very relaxing. As soon as you walk in, the room is glowing with ambiance lighting, the instructor was great guiding us through a series of exercises for flexibility. The temperature and pace of the class was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the studio was great too!
Loved the music, the instruction, the dark rooms and room temp was perfect. 10/10

The removal of carpet was great. My feet are a lot cleaner when I get to my mat. Wipes are stocked lately, too.
Teachers are starting to set limits on leaving early. Those classes are a lot less disruptive. It we be good if all of them set the intention to stay to the end.
Teachers are excellent and the whole studio is very clean and calm environment! Everyone is very nice.

What I love about the Westwood location is how welcoming and energetic the classes are! The classes are big enough to where you do not feel as though you are the only one taking a class and the energy from students (especially since it a college town) is helpful when you need the extra push in a sculpt class. Management has recently changed and honestly started to revamp the place! More classes have been added, a variety of instructors, and the studio is now being renovated! Props to the manager for keeping Westwood as busy as it is especially with college students fluctuating as often as they do! Instructor Emma is one of the BEST instructors I've taken in a while! Whoever the new manager is knows what they are doing! Keep it up!
