I love the classes, the workouts are very effective you can really feel the difference.
Overall a great experience. the center and changing room is clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The classes are very good and lead in a professional and positive manner. A bit too crowded classes though. There is literally hardly space to do some of the movements.

It was my first time ever trying any heated exercise class and it was awesome. I definetly sweat it all out and fell proud of myself for showing up to such a challenging class all by myself. I will definetly be coming back!

Bethesda is by far my favorite club. Farley is by far my top 5 instructor. It had been a while since I've been to his class. Truly a wonderful experience. The room was perfect for HPF.
Bethesda has the best instructors by far. And the studio has windows which is great.
The classes are exceptional and i like how each instructor has their own way to instruct class and different energies. My first class ever was Madi D at bethesda and she worrrrked me, it kept me coming back for more. My sister did corepower alllll throughout high school but i never got into it. Now a recent college grad and can’t imagine my life without it.

Everything, except there is a HUGE need for additional weights at the Bethesda, MD studio. With two studios, when classes occasionally overlap, there are insufficient weights for students in both classes/studios. This has been true for many, many months and definitely undermines the full benefits of a sculpt class. Thanks for your consideration!
