The 45 min sculpt class with Courtney is hands down the best workout class I have ever been too. Her music is so fun and the class is hard, but goes by quickly.

The Good - The vibe, the cleanliness, the folks and instructors I've practiced with and befriended over 6+ years, sculpt classes, the heat and humidity, the skill and spirit of Jacqui, Farley, Anne, Roxy and Jake. Plus, the studio has been on the upswing due to Jake's management, organizational, and hiring skills.
Areas for improvement -
1. the quality among new instructors is uneven. Having attended a few sculpt instructor "tryout" reviews, I have a sense of what used to be core criteria, e.g., balanced muscle group sequences, music with a beat coordinated with movement, sequences that do not unduly risk injury, preheating the studio, etc. Several newer instructors do not meet this criteria and some appear to be unaware of it. Some instructors mechanically mouth the words, such as "so strong," disconnected from the people in the class, and treat yoga sculpt like a boot camp class.
2. I'd appreciate more core fusion classes with instructors who have a connection to yoga as a spiritual, introspective practice, that goes beyond yoga babble and feeling a need fill every moment with talk.

Great teacher!
The classes and teachers are excellent, but the bathrooms could really use some work. They aren't looking great.
Pete's classes are consistently challenging and engaging.
The convenience and teachers
The Bethesda studio needs corporate attention. The bathrooms are old and dirty. The teachers work way too hard to have to be in charge of that, plus the safety and theft issues. This studio has incredible staff and customer loyalty. Sophia Last name removed has transformed the sculpt classes and is incredible. Please address the appropriate concerns and reward the teachers better!
The teachers are very experienced and I feel it's as friendly environment!
Bethesda studio is awesome. Jake the manager is terrific!
