The targeted workouts are challenging mentally and physically. It's my one hour a day reserved just for me. When I leave I feel strong, accomplished, and ready to seize the day.

The instructors are great! Studios are large and I enjoy the soft lighting. Some other studios I’ve gone to, it’s too bright.
Great teachers dedicated to helping you make your practice work for you by providing challenging poses and modifications to ease up if needed. I love the energy whenever I practice!
Teachers are great. I just wish there were more Corr Power 1 and 2. Sculpt seems to monopolize classes…
I love CPY. The set sequence classes are my only go to's (CPY1 and HPF). I do wish there were classes later on Saturdays and Sundays though.
I love an HPF class and this one was wonderful. The instructor was Great. the flow went so easy and well. The heat felt amazing. Studio was clean. Very busy for a mid-day Tuesday.

I do have concerns about how much instructors are paid per class - I think given the huge class sizes and the price charged for a single or drop in, you should be able to pay instructors at least $75 or so per class. I realize CorePower is a corporation owned by private equality and perhaps you only have so much control over this- but it’s disheartening and I hope you’re working to address it. Again- the instructors and staff in Bethesda are fantastic and deserve more 🙌🏻🙏

The class was amazing! It was very challenging and extremely fulfilling.
Sarah Rez was an excellent instructor and she made me feel comfortable as a beginner. Her guidance was very clear and she offered several helpful modifications for each sequence. The C1 class helped me start to familiarize myself with the different core poses and it was challenging but rewarding. I would recommend taking this class with Sarah for anyone starting out!
The Bethesda CorePower Yoga studio is by far my favorite studio. I truly enjoy all of the teachers, especially Sarah and Sun, they are both incredible and among my absolute favorites. I love their flow and the way they thoughtfully structure each class. The pace is just right, creating a great balance between mindfulness and a solid core workout. Their classes are always fun because they are simply wonderful people with amazing, uplifting energy that fills the room. Practicing with either of them is always a highlight of my week ❤️

Very pleasant, classes tough and inclusive, CP honored some expired classes from a pack that I let expire due to injury- I thought that was the right thing to do
Only issue in Bethesda is that pathetic parking lot but that affects everyone
