I absolutely loved my CorePower Yoga class! Wydia is always so energetic and encouraging, guiding us through a challenging yet accessible flow. The heated studio helped deepen my stretches, and the music created the perfect vibe. I left feeling strong, refreshed, and centered. Elisa was at the front desk and very warm and welcoming into the studio!

The class was the perfect balance of intensity and mindfulness—I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely loved the fresh pond location. All the instructors were warm and welcoming and knowledgeable.

I visit a lot of the Boston area CorePower studios and this is by far my favorite! The community class with Elisa was the best cued class I’ve ever been in. By no means would I consider myself an advanced yogi but I’ve been in classes enough to know the basic movements of poses and I walked out of this class having learned something. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Widya's Saturday morning classes! She has the best energy and I love how her yoga moves in sculpt are not weight based at first but then she integrates them into the class later. I look forward to her class every week.
I enjoy the Freshpond studio due to the parking, Accessibility and the size of the studio.

I love the instructors, especially Millie, Mackenzie, and Widya. They are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. As an educator, I love that offer classes in the late afternoon (around the 3pm time)

Instructors are fantastic. Big Studios with lots of room. Clean calm environment.

I really like the hot yoga there. The instructors are all very nice and clear. The place is very clean and nice. The only recommendation I have is that I did notice different instructor may set different temperature for the heated class. There was one time the temperature was definitely lower than it has been.

Love Margaret’s classes. She is so knowledgeable. Keeps routines fresh. I’ve gotten so much stronger, balance is better, and musculoskeletal system better aligned since taking classes with her.

I look forward to Holly's class and wish it could be more frequent.

I love all fresh pond and all the studios. Great teachers, community - only feedback would be to have the studios to be a bit cleaner and to not run out of Toilet paper and wipes for yoga mats.

Loved the energy of the class

I really LOVE my CorePower Yoga Fresh Pond studio. Wydia challenges me both physically and mentally. I feel stronger and more flexible, and Wydia also gives me a chance to clear my mind and just focus on the present. She is always so encouraging, and the atmosphere feels like home. The heated rooms help me get that extra stretch and detox I really need. It's a great balance of strength and relaxation!
