i liked that it was actually hot! and humid. i feel like corepower has went downhill and the rooms dont get hot anymore. i learned its partially because newer studios dont have humidity - bring that back! im giving a 10 solely for 2 reasons: the teacher ashley that taught this HPF class and the heat/humidity of the class.

I absolutely love my CorePower Yoga experience, and Wydia is a huge part of why it's so amazing! She’s hands down the best yoga instructor. Her energy is contagious, and she creates such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in every class with an incredible workout.
What I really appreciate is how Wydia tailors her guidance to all levels and her playlists are always incredible! She genuinely cares about every student and goes out of her way to make each class special.
CorePower Yoga Fresh Pond has an incredible team, very clean location, I feel at home there!

Margaret's classes are truly wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about our muscles, bones, ligaments; and helps us execute poses correctly. Her classes realign me and helps me keep aches and pains associated with aging at bay.
