Margaret is a treasure. I've taken classes from others, but have not felt they are as tuned in to how we might injure ourselves. Margaret's classes give me a workout where I am building strength, balance, and flexibility. She really understands the body and challenges us with new routines every month. Her music is always fantastic and thoughtfully curated. Couldn't ask for more.

Stephanie is a wonderful instructor! She led a thorough and relaxing CoreRestore class that was helpful for both novice and experienced practitioners. The studio room was spotless!! There was a little trash outside the front door - not sure if there's anything that can be done about that.

I love the Hot Power Yoga teachers! This is such a healing, energizing practice. I love it!
I love CPY at fresh pond. The instructors are fantastic; Widya and Larissa are the best for me. The parking is great, it’s very clean, and there is a great selection of class times.
