I've never done yoga a day in my life and I felt so confident in class. I've gone to 3 HPF classes. The instructor was very helpful in assisting me with alternative modifications for movements. Then the institution as a whole felt very inclusive. As a plus-size individual, I can feel closed off to new workout environments. Although, Core Power did the complete opposite and made me feel right at home. Will definitely be returning for more classes when time permits!

some teachers are exceptionally good - knowledgeable and good at explaining -but not that many, it's hit or miss, some teachers are quite awful. Also bathrooms/locker rooms showers are convenient but always need cleaning and I don't think you have professional cleaners, which in this day and age, is shocking. Membership and classes are very expensive, more than pretty much every other yoga place around. I don't mind so much when I get a good teacher, but when I don't, I just come out frustrated.

Inga from CorePower Fresh Pond, MA is my absolute favorite instructor! Her classes are deeply restorative and intense, making for an overall great class. When I walk out of her session, I feel much better mentally and physically.

Fresh Ponds is the largest and nicest CorePower studio that I’ve been. Hot Power Fusion is not offered at all studios in the Boston area, but worth the drive for this class. Ashley B is one of the best.

Fresh pond location teachers are fantastic. However the studio needs to be cleaned more regularly

The Staff is very friendly! My favorites are Larissa, Widya and Emma. They love their classes and it shows. All in all I love going to Fresh Pond.
One instructor that shows no joy in her practice is Inga. She goes thru the motions and she never smiles. I know a number of people who avoid her classes.

It was my first time, and I didn’t know I signed up x5 for hot yoga!! I was greeted warmly, given permission to pause, stop if I needed…welcomed…then warmly greeted again after with so much support and positive affirmation from the instructor. I loved it!

I can feel my body relax the moment I step in the studio. The teachers are wonderful -- they seem to know each person's name and put so much care into each routine each week; while I was an athlete growing up, it's the first time I've been able to connect my mind, body, and spirit so seamlessly. I'm so grateful for what this little corner of earth has added to my life.

I went to The fresh pond studio for the first time last Saturday. Usually I to the Medford studio, Maureen was amazing!!! She made me feel welcome and taught a wonderful class! The studio was beautiful 😍 !!! I will go back there again and again!!! The Medford studio is always dirty and has no staff.

This was my first time there and I felt welcomed. I haven’t done yoga in a long time and have developed mobility disabilities since I last practice. I am grieving the way I used to be able to move but encouraged by the guidance and encouragement from the instructor. I will try to go again.
