BEST STUDIO! I love the community!!! It is always clean and welcoming.

I love practicing here! My only issues are the lockers are either broken or dirty, as are the showers.
I love taking Inga's HPF, and Annie's Sculpt on Wednesdays, although I know it was only temporary, and I work Saturdays which is her regular day.
I love so many options for HPF as it is my favorite, and I'm going to try and practice it much more often. It's great studio and a great vibe :)

Great energy!

I loved the full body workout. The center was clean and inviting. The instructor was clear throughout class. She was aware that it was my first class and welcomed me, gave me bits of praise throughout the class, and she checked in with me afterwards. I felt very welcome and look forward to joining and coming back.

Accessible varied opportunities to practice yoga with a community in a pleasant environment that’s warm and inviting

The instructor (I wish I remembered her name) created such a comfortable environment for the class! She talked us through the correct forms and movements, but never called anyone out or corrected anyone. I loved what she said at the beginning of the class about listening to your body and moving in a way that served you. Her class was fun and upbeat and overall positive.
