How friendly and welcoming everyone is; the great workout I get every time I go.

I like the different levels of classes and the variety of classes you offer, such as hot power fusion, C2, and Sculpt. I feel like it helps keep things interesting and offers a variety of ways to stay in shape.

The people are very nice, and the facility is very modern and clean. Carrie Seyer, Sarah Johnson, Margaret, Maureen, and Morgan are all of the people who have been the most helpful. But although she is missed, Carrie was deserving of the promotion.

I love how uncrowded it is. I love that there is lots of parking so no stress trying to get there. I love that there are lots of classes. I love the really nice, welcoming staff.

The classes are great - vigorous but also fun, the teachers are very committed to the practice & the studio is clean and modern.
