I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in the door. The intro classes have been great! The instructors greet you with a smile when you walk in, and during class they guide descriptively and keep you focused. They explain what they are doing, give a helping hand when needed, and really foster a calm but productive learning environment. I've been to other yoga studios, but this one has the best atmosphere in my opinion.

Excellent instructors and immaculate studio
Consistently great classes. Started with groupon - thank you. CPY1 and heated power with weights -all excellent. Teachers are knowledgeable and personable. Facilities are clean. A very welcoming environment.

I really liked the structure and the atmosphere of the classes. The timings are very good as well. The new 4:30 pm C2 class has a perfect time for me. HPF class is too good. I really liked the teachers so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in, you know you are at a great place.

I like that the schedule is filled with a lot of different class options and a wide variety of teachers. Every teacher seems to stick to their own style and I've found every class to be challenging in a new way. The place is well designed and clean, and provides awesome amenities in the changing rooms. LOVE IT!
The studio is really nice and clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff was very kind and energetic and the class I took was awesome, I love when instructors come over to you and help correct your poses and just help you get a better stretch, it's lovely.
