The instructors are very inviting and accommodating. Locations are clean. Many locations near by allows for much flexibility in booking classes. I took my free class Monday, signed up for a membership immediately after and I’m not looking back!

The sculpt class is challenging but has opportunity for modifications if needed. The endorphins I experienced after were fantastic.

Who cares if your form is perfect, its about taking the time for you and bettering yourself. CORE POWER embodies that. Bikes Boston, well, they suck.

I enjoy taking classes at the Comm. Ave Boston studio. The instructors are very nice and offer a variety of classes. The instructors also update their playlists and sequencing of poses/exercises often. I highly recommend the Comm. Ave. studio to my friends and family who practice yoga.
I love how each instructor puts their own twist on the routines. You can keep coming back for Yoga Sculpt and it will always vary enough that you never get tired. So far they’ve helped me drop 10 pounds in the last couple of months. Would highly recommend this place although it is a bit pricey.

Great all around workout
The instructors especially Adrienne and Kenzie are truly amazing. They are such professions and have made a huge sense of community during this continued difficult time. I am grateful at every class to have this experience and time to focus on my practice.
