Corepower is so inviting and fun! Love that there is always a bit of challenge mentally and physically, but also gives a sense of relaxation and meditation. The instructors are also welcoming and kind, making it a safe space for everyone.

Instructors have welcoming energy! Class pushes you and keeps you engaged. Temp was hot but manageable. Loved it.
Only comment is that the prime time afternoon class is really full and you're super close together - have to constantly reshuffle to not hit your neighbor.

The only reason why I go to Back Bay is because of Varaly’s classes. She is AMAZING! Her classes are genuine and go beyond the templated corepower yoga class offerings by more recent teacher grads. She is holistic in her teaching approach and really takes the practice of yoga to the next level.
There are not many yoga teachers like Varaly in corepower yoga and for someone that has been with corepower for almost ten years, I can attest that she is one of the very few that are the best that I have taken classes with. Corepower should give Varaly the utmost highest of praise!!
I love the Medford Corepower location. They have the kindest instructors and they always lead a good class. Clean bathrooms. Good experience for myself who recently got into the Corepower routine.
The teachers are great, the workout is awesome, the facilities are always clean.

Love CorePower but this studio needs some TLC in the Men's Changing Room. Showers barely work and locker doors are falling off.
