The one improvement would be for ppl to not be on their cell phones in class or have on during class with the phone lighting up during class. I know there are signs but ppl ignore them. Its rude to the instructor and its disrespectful to others in class. I would encourage teachers to make a bigger deal of this.

Millie B's Monday AM sculpt class was an excellent experience - her cadence was calm and steady throughout the 60-min sequence and I had lost track of time. I highly recommend!

I liked the experience of an all- body workout. The class blended Pilates, strength training, cardio and yoga in a seamless flow. It was a little hot though 😎

I loved claudicet class. I liked the workout I got. Also her class was not as filled up as others I have been to and those ones are way too over crowded.
