The most amazing view for a yoga studio. Nothing is more powerful than starting and ending your movement with a sunrise or sunset at the south loop studio. Plus free parking in Chicago. Yes please.

Lister’s class has gotten me in shape in ways I cannot begin to explain. She’s so motivating, high energy and her workouts are always perfectly flowed. I highly recommend her classes at South Loop! Love love love her style and methods. She definitely knows what she’s doing!!

Love the studio and the classes I usually attend - great selection of times for before and after work hours - would suggest they keep the locker rooms at normal temps (not 79*) please!
