Nicole was amazing loved her energy!
This is one of my favorite locations because of the views but lately the teachers/instructors have been mediocre. I took a different HPF class about a month ago and the instructor just sat there the entire time. That's so frustrating because its hard to follow, plus I don't know all the moves.
Not Nicole- she demonstrated the poses and was going around the room providing hands on assist. Also when she was demonstrating the poses she was going around different parts of the studio to make sure everyone can see her! Will definitely be coming back to take her class.
The instructor Mariela was excellent. She was extremely helpful and asked if there was anything I would like to work on for the class. I haven’t been to a studios in over 3 years and I felt very welcomed. The music selection was on point as well. I loved her energy and will definitely be back to take another class from her.
My first time at South Loop location... So friendly and energizing! Will be back.
Core Power Yoga is an incredible studio for both physical and mental fitness. The instructors are incredibly friendly, and every class is truly an enriching experience. I love the accessibility of their studios all around.

Very knowledgeable. I don’t remember her name but very nice and had patient, which made he know she cared. Sometimes some teachers make you feel like they are rushing through class. But I felt the difference in this class. I will definitely be back.

I like that the instructor was nice, she demonstrated the poses and explained them. This was greatly appreciated as I am a novice. The instructor also orientated myself to the facility, again very helpful.
Fantastic class! Instructor put together a great sequence that worked the full body, as she said she would in her introduction!

Kimberly is an awesome and inspiring instructor. She makes class feel more like a community which is lacking in a lot of the CorePower classes.
Valerie's HPF was phenomenal! She kept the studio hot and the stretching is exactly what my body needed after rigorous strength training. Her awesome playlist was an added bonus. She's an awesome addition to the South Loop team!
Brenda is the best! Feeling challenged the entire workout and the rewards all week long.

i love when the room is really hot for hpf. it’s kind of hit or miss sometimes and south loop tends to be more consistent. i also love maria and kimberly’s classes.
That was such a great workout and the instructor had such inspiring, calming words.
