I was very impressed with the instructor, April. Her instruction made sense to me, and she has a more normal personality than a lot of the weird, meek little twigs that are typically in yoga instruction.

I am not exactly in the best shape and I like how the instructors are positive, encouraging, motivational and don't make anyone feel bad if they cant keep up. I also like how the will demonstrate several different ways to perform each exercise based on fitness levels.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have been practicing hot yoga for about six years and also I have been taking boxing classes and the sculpt class is AMAZING, by far my favorite class I have taken. I am hooked- not only do I sweat like crazy but the teachers keep you focused while having fun. I brought a friend with me my second class because I could not stop talking about it. Thank you so much! Can't wait for more classes

I was in Chicago for a couple of events and wanted to do a yoga class. This was interesting take on a yoga class but I really enjoyed it.
