I love the instructors. They are excellent and well trained. Plus they are very friendly and make you feel right at home. So far, I have had Elizabeth, Jan and Monica. All of them have been outstanding!

I absolutely love the teachers at the South Loop studio. I've been to several CorePower studios around Chicago and this studio is the best.

the view from the south loop studio is phenomenal and adds to the overall zen factor for me, and I love the variety and frequency of classes, as well as the early AM and late options. Would like a 5:30 class though (AM)...
