Loved the class and the instructor. The only thing is that the studio seemed like it could use some attention. The actual yoga studio floor was dirty. Lots of hair, dust etc.

The facility is small and feels more homey. The only con is the yoga room itself gets really bright due to the lobby being right next to the room.

Great workout, everyone is super kind and helpful, and pushes you to work your hardest! I always leave feeling refreshed and empowered!
Instructors are extremely helpful and make the students feel comfortable to go at their own pace while also pushing them to keep going.
It is very different from any other gym and class. The instructors always have modifications for movements and encourage you go at your own pace.

What a great way to end the year. Although the class was packed (usually this is a turn off for me), Ashley C made it a fun and engaging experience, which made it feel like I was there with a room full of people I was friends with, rather than it being a packed end of the year C2 class. Look forward to practicing in the new year!

1. Ive had some of the best instructors at the Gold Coast location .
2. Not all locations have studios that get as hot as the Gold Coast location. GC location heat is always UP!
Convenient locations, awesome classes & instructors, reasonable price, great locker rooms!
It’s a great workout, perfectly heated and challenging. I wish more classes were available through ClassPass!
