Amazing teachers, clean room and great hot workout

I have been attending CorePower YS classes for a little over a month now and Sara P was the best instructor I have had in my 15 classes so far across multiple studios. She struck a perfect balance between challenging and revitalizing during class and her track selection was impeccable. CorePower Gold Coast was very accommodating as I was in from out of town and I look forward to going back next time I am in Chicago.

I liked the sessions, and the variability of intensity. I felt like there were really good options for a high-intensity 'workout' and a lower-intensity yoga session structured around mindfulness. Also the instructors are excellent.
