Keegans hot 90 minute yoga is one of the best hot classes that I have taken. He keeps the room hot and the class challenges is me to get deeper into my practice and poses through breathing.
Also is verbal cues are helpful in adjusting the poses for depth and comfort.
Recommend this class to hot yogis.
Our instructor, Alicia, was fantastic! She guided us through such a beautiful flow and had a great message to share. I really enjoyed her teaching style!

CorePower has really changed my life! i have never been so consistent in my working out. I love all the teachers I see regularly and feel extremely welcome at the Cherry Hills studio. I am so happy to have it is a regular part of my week! :)
I know you are trying to measure your NPS, but really the question you pose in the email is far too vague for me. As a result I almost never reply.
To me, it all comes down to the instructor. There are some I really like. Some I really don't vibe with.
I would give a lot more honest feedback if I knew that my feedback was anonymous and also if you were to ask me about specific classes or instructors instead of Corepower as a whole.
Anyway, in this case, I am giving a 10/10 specifically to Allison S. in Denver. She's awesome.
Variety of classes and times
Love this location! Love Thess's Tuesday morning class and Talon's Core Restore. It would be great if 6 am sculpt classes could be brought back on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
What I don't like particularly at cherry hills is when the yoga instructors hang out at the back ofthe roo the whole class
Really love the location and the studio. Good class yesterday. I was so happy that the teacher kept the music at a reasonable volume!

The classes and studio are great. But the music was very loud for a yoga class. It was difficult to hear the instructor over it. The men's locker room could use a 2nd bench.
