Sue is an excellent yoga instructor. She takes her time to assist with accurate yoga form through correction and instruction. This is extremely important to me. She is also very welcoming for new members and it feels good to go to her class.

It was very moving 😅 the heat caught me off guard. But the instructor was great and the over all experience was awesome, something I have never done before so I will need to learn the names of the positions before next go around
But all in all very powerful

Very simple - Keegan Walker. I've been practicing for 25 years, and he's the best instructor I've ever encountered.

Clean and very nice facilities. Good daylight lighting in the studio.

Even though it was a pretty full class, there wasn't a lot of chitchat or disruption between participants before/after class which I really appreciate. I like to zen out before class starts.

I loved the instructor too: Gaynor. She did great.

Tara is an amazing teacher. I'd go to her class anytime. The studio could use some cleaning. The mirrors were gross.

The teachers are good and always help you if you need it.

Excellent teachers at this studio. The only criticism I have is the humidifier in studio 1 is too loud. Can be distracting.

Love Courtney! She is so fun, great music, and is supportive of those who need modifications in class. She is kind and respectful to all and has become one of my faves! ❤️
