I have now been to multiple studios with different instructors and I can say that I’ve felt welcomed, encouraged, and enlightened with each class. The studios are spacious, open, and always well-kept. I love the variety that comes with each class and the subtle differences between each lovely instructor.

The staff here is so amazing, I just started my membership here this month and everyone makes me feel so comfortable and they’re all very welcoming. I have done a few classes before at different studios and this one is definitely my favorite because of the instructors and how they run the classes.
The teachers - so far I've been to many in Chicago and Denver and I can honestly say 95% of them are just absolutely amazing and I always feel wonderful coming out of a class. On a physical and mental level.

Personally, I would max out the class at a smaller number. Patty's class is very popular but with COVID I don't feel comfortable being on top of each other.

Great class and COVID-19 policies regarding vaccination but it seemed like the room was oversold, as there were not enough marked mat spaces for all students in the class.

Great studio. It’s been a long time since I have practiced at this studio. Ruby’s class was great just what I needed. I’ll be back more often when I am in the area . Everyone was very friendly. Clean studio
Clean facilities and good instructors
Love that no one was asked to wear a mask or to prove they are vaccinated.
And that mats could be close together. Missing the days of 4 inches between mats on a packed Thanksgiving morning.

The classes allow you to go at your own pace and there is no pressure from other individuals or the instructor. Also sculpt classes are an AMAZING WORKOUT!
