Jonathon's class was awesome. It was definitely challenging without having super fancy poses and I felt great afterwards. I also appreciated his breath pacing. Good stuff
April's Glow in the Dark class was amazing! It was so much fun and the live dj definitely added a dynamic element to this C2. I will try to make it every month in for this class.
Lindsey consistently puts together a great C2 class. A great mix of challenge and variety!
The quality and care of the teachers.
CP II classes do not need to be heated to 99 degrees in the summertime. The class generated its own heat, additional heat is not necessary.
All you yoga instructers are excellent!!
