I've had a wonderful experience at this Tennyson, Denver Location. I have the pleasure of enjoying the classes of Jessica Du on Mondays & Thursdays at 6am. She's a wondeful refresher to my week on Mondays and pushes me to my limits on Thursdays. Shane G 6:30am Tuesdays is the person who introduced me to this location and I appreciate that. His classes each Tuesday is a challenge and pleasure all in one. Callie Co is my most challenging class of the week and I love/dread my Wednesday mornings. Fridays I have Ethan D 6am and I can't think of a better way to begin my weekend. Thank you to all of these wonderful mentors!
Sunday 9am C2 with Grace
Feedback for growth and so I may take her class again::
-started 5 min late, I think a 2-3 min Grace period for a late student is gracious and sufficient. The rest of the class shouldn’t have to wait for a student who didn’t show up
- paced in a teardrop shape for the full 55 min from teacher mat around one student in back row. The pacing made me uncomfortable. No other walking pattern in class
- good directional and engagement cueing
- flow included half moon to crescent lunge. Would have made more sense to land in warrior II as an open hip posture

I love the CPY experience - the amount of classes available just about anywhere including virtual classes and pre-recorded classes. As a result I've taken CPY classes in Jamaica, Belize and Mexico this year.
I encourage the mgmt to allow teachers to develop a little more of their dharma when at the front of the space. It would be nice if the teachers were allowed to bring Sankulpa into the room. OHterwise we're all just sweating in a hot room.
I come to this studio for Jay's Sculpt and when I am able with also take a C2.. Just love her energy! I will also be attending the Thanksgiving day 75 minute class which I am super excited about love the variety. The studio is always clean & all staff are friendly.

Good energy, very good if not the best teachers who are available and accessible, clean--locker/shower rooms, steamy hot/warm classes...what could be better about a yoga studio? Keep Intention and Purpose in each class please:)!
