Our instructor was encouraging as I struggled to get back into practice. This used to be my favorite studio when I was a member several years ago. Same great energy, loved it.
Love the classes and the instructors! Management/customer service needs improving though. Contact I was given for the Cherry Creek studio's voicemail box was full over multiple days of trying, and she failed to respond to two time sensitive emails about a promotion. Not great customer service!
I love the convenience of it. The instructors are always so kind and helpful. I love the variety of class types and times. I work from home so I enjoy going during the day during breaks so I can avoid traffic and crowds.

I love the abundance of classes you have so that I can typically find at least one class that fits perfectly. And you have a few Amazing teachers who I’ve gone to for over a decade. They are a gift to get to encounter. I appreciate being able to meet my fitness goals while also feeling more aligned within myself.

I was traveling and visited this studio. I found the instructor very friendly and helpful when navigating around the studio. The studio was also very clean and nicely lit. Will visit again if I am ever in the Denver area.

Rebecca was amazing! I really enjoyed her class. Her music was top notch, I was challenged, vibes were incredible. She is so uplifting! This has been the best class I have attended so far!
