Room 3 really needs a suck out. It get's way too stuffy
My first yoga class was at CorePower in February 2023 with a friend. I took advantage of the first week free with CorePower and had such a great experience that I signed up to be an all access member shortly thereafter. I've had my membership for 4 months now and really enjoy all of the classes and instructors. My absolute favorite teachers are Ruby and Sasha at the Colorado Boulevard location. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful!! They always put a smile on my face & I highly recommend you try one of their classes or really any CorePower class. Thank you!!
I always leave class feeling both relaxed and energized. My feedback for potential improvements are: I love when teachers include some playtime and cue some more advance poses to move my practice forward. I also would love to see more community events (yoga in the park?) or anything that encourages socializing and furthering your practice.

Emilie is a great instructor and the room had good heat and humidity. Love the LoHi studio for HPF.
I really enjoyed the yoga session, sorry I can’t remember the instructors name but I loved her class, she was knowledgeable and helped us perfect our yoga moves to get the most out of the session

I love that studio, I hadn’t been there before. It has great energy and I loved the size of the room we practiced in. Scarlett was also a great teacher.
Knowledgeable teachers, hot
Everything! Friendly teachers and environment and wants over crowded! Some CPY’s have too many people in the class and no room to expand while practicing. I really value not being on top of someone else or someone else on top of my and I think most people feel this way!
I have visited this studio for over twelve years. I have found it to be clean and operated by fun, polite and very helpful instructors.
I will recommend this Core Power studio to anyone interested in yoga practices.
Love the class schedule and always have a great workout
This is a great studio and all of the locations in Denver are a little bit different but they all provide the opportunity for a great yoga practice. I love the sense of community, the commitment to good alignment and thoughtful cues and the power yoga/vinyasa focus. I’ve practiced for 15 years and for most of that time I have been at CPY. With travel, I have seen what other studios are like but none of them compare to the consistently deep practice I have at my home studio.

The instructors are awesome at CorePower. There are usually many students in each class who are at different levels of experience and yet the instructors are able to attend to everyone and make it feel very inclusive and welcoming. I always leave class in a good mood and feeling like it was time well spent.
Teachers are well trained, studio is clean, staff is nice (sorry, English is my second language and can’t think of a better word right now
other than nice—- there’s for sure a better one), there are many class options and at times I can attend after work.
The instructor was amazing, I was the only one there for an early morning class, and she made me feel more than welcome to do the class 1 on 1. The class was fun and so happy I stayed.
I love the Highlands Location. It is very convenient, intimate, and easy to access.

Amazing, meditative exercise. I cannot imagine my life without an almost daily CorePower class.
Saturday morning 7am Y1 class was great for beginners or a refresh of the basics.
Sunday morning 7:30am yoga sculpt was a fantastic, high-energy, 60 minute sweat fest for all levels.
Both were taught by instructors who led with professionalism, clarity, and competence.
The class Sydney taught was amazing !
Great teacher, hard but not too hard.
I really enjoyed Sarah's class! It was challenging but relaxing at the same time. Her knowledge of body movement, vast/various tips & techniques to improve flexibility &her attention to detail make for a great instructor. Sarah was gentle and firm, friendly and professional, precise and flexible during this C2 practice. At the end of her class I felt a sense of relaxation and peace. I highly recommend Sarah!!!
It was amazing! Samantha A. is an amazing teacher. She had the perfect build-up into such a deep vinyasa flow. Great choice in music and an encouraging voice to continue to push ourselves. Love it!
