I went to a Sunday morning sculpt class with Katie. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But very cool to see everyone working so hard and in such good shape. Katie was amazing and it was, for me, very aspirational. I’ll be back!
After a 3 day ski trip my body was sore and in need of some yoga - I signed up for the 7 day free trial to loosen up my muscles recover. I got so much more. The classes are intense and I leave with the recovery I was seeking but also I feel strong and balanced. I signed up for a membership and have been going most days of the week. I brought my husband who is an avid biker/skier and he was shocked at what an amazing workout he received. I highly recommend.
I have found my first classes welcoming and challenging. The teachers have been great - clear and supportive.
The flexibility to go to any location at any time, lots of scheduling flexibility for those with crazy schedules that change often.

I love the Lohi community and feel like every time I walk into the studio it is time well spent. The yoga teachers are wonderful and supportive. They go above and beyond while making me feel like I am welcomed and remembered. They make sure to remember my name and help me continue my practice. Thank you to the core power Lohi team for welcoming me with warm arms months ago. Core power Lohi is truly the best of the best!

C1 is very important for me as a beginner. Instructor was very helpful and friendly. Gave great alternatives and excellent pace.

I love this studio. The guides are amazing: Kyle, Elias, Laura ~ great people and they offer a fantastic yoga practice.
I take 5pm sculpt class on Wednesdays and love Jen Schneider’s class! I started taking her sculpt class at the Highlands Ranch location and was sad to see her leave but was so happy to reconnect at the Cherry Hills studio. I love that it convenient from my work and it’s clean and the front store always has merchandise!!

More C3 classes please! This class was great for a few reasons: having an experienced teacher and not a new teacher teaching at a prime time slot. Mikes class is actually HOT - so many classes have not been warm or hot lately and it’s made me strongly consider cancelling my membership. I haven’t even broken a sweat at many classes lately, so it was refreshing to have that.

Julie led us on an awesome flow with great energy. I like that LoHi has 3 studios and there is adequate time before class to get a good warm up.
Everybody at this studio is ALWAYS super friendly, warm and welcoming. I always feel like I am part of a group and I NEVER feel shamed or embarrassed.

Part of my membership wanted to try a different studio. Was in town for a few days. Very friendly and nice studio. Highly recommend this location.
