I love certain studios and not at all others. The experience is very variable across the system. I live in two cities and try to attend classes in both but I've given up on one of them. Love the classes in CO, awful studios in Peninsula area of SF.
I love the studio and the instructors! I wish you did the cold towel at the end like other Cp Studios… definitely entices me to go to theirs for that reason

The staff is very kind and welcoming. It can be intimidating to enter a new space as a beginner but I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and I appreciated the help on my alignment during poses I was struggling with.
CorePower instructors are top notch and I really like the variety of classes. I truly look forward to all of my CorePower classes. Yukiko is amazing!

I know this isn’t your fault but the parking situation and unhoused doing drugs out in the open is really scary.
If your going to conitnue with strgnth x , you might consider some heavier wieghts.

i love corepower, but for $140/month i think more perks could be provided. Some of these perks could be - more amenities in the bathroom, a cool towel at the end of practice, free water bottle. Very basic stuff that CP
could surely afford!
I love CorePower and the Tennyson studio! Not only is the studio itself is really nice with large rooms and great facilities. But I love Maddy A's classes! She's an incredible teacher, who leads with great pace, fun music that keeps you motivated, positive vibes, and is always a challenge. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a great studio (Colorado Blvd in Denver). The staff are always friendly and the general vibe there is always positive and warm. Also their showers and locker rooms are spacious and well maintained, which matters!
