What I like best is that everyone standing up front introduces themselves - so friendly. I love the small personal feel of the class. I took the C1 and it was great - completely different experience than doing Yoga at the gym. My body feels like it had a good workout yesterday. Ready for my next class.

I really enjoy the small and intimate classes. The friendliness and welcoming of the staff is amazing. As a first timer, the instructors really make you feel comfortable and motivated during classes. Overall great experience as a first timer.

Challenging practice that gets you sweating but more importantly, helps you find peace in your day. You get a great workout and also find relaxation along with meditation in a soothing environment. You can go at your own pace or you can push yourself to new poses you didn't think you were capable of. The instructors know what they're doing and the zen atmosphere makes the class a time to unwind and find your inner self.
