Amazing C2 classes and all instructors are great. There’s a convenient schedule and strong community.
I do think the sculpt room at this location may be kept too hot though? I do sculpt at other locations and have never had trouble with the heat (around 95 degrees), but at this location the heat gets up to 99. I don’t think it’s the instructors turning it up, since it seems this hot regardless of instructor.

Great instructor and heating
The class was great, HPF is great format and Cat is a great teacher. It is also nice to have a yoga option Saturday afternoon.
The studio is always so clean, everything feels new and updated, and the teachers are so nice!

Our teacher instructors were amazing! They were attentive, explained positions etc slowly yet clearly. They would go around and connect with us with gentle corrections, adjustments, and encouragement!I am brand new to yoga and they made me very comfortable! Amazing experience because of them!

Natasha is great! She gave modifications for a lot of different positions. It was very beneficial to me since I'm new to yoga. It was a great experience and I definitely will be back!

I like that an early class is offered due to working in downtown Dallas…. I really appreciate that the instructors tend to keep the lights low and not bright. For my personal practice this helps me to focus on me and my mat time and not others around me.
Teacher was amazing and knew her stuff frontwards and backwards. The music was a smidge loud - fyi. Nonetheless, I hope to be back soon.
