How relaxed I felt in the class I took. The instructor was hands on and helped everyone around the room with posture and made me feel comfortable. I loved how she then went around the room and had such a relaxing eucalyptus sent on her hands and placed it around my shoulders and it smelled so good. It was definitely what I needed that day. A sweaty, fun, relaxing class!

The new studio at P Hollow looks amazing, super clean and great merch. The class was well planned and fantastic!
Debbie was great! It was just what I needed after a day of traveling leading to tight muscles and back. I do work out quite a bit and was still sore in a good way! Thanks Debbie! Also, the studio was nice and clean.

Floy was very welcoming and curious about why I showed up and what I was looking for, she got me set up, explained what to expect, and the best ways I can join. Her class was smooth, easy to follow, and challenging enough. All in all excellent experience and I will happily recommend others here when it comes up.
