Beautiful establishment, and very close to home! When I called to make an appointment the girl on the phone was very informative and welcoming, also able to fit us in right away. The infrared sauna was amazing, I can not wait to come back on my days off from work to go again with the wife and get some massages with our sauna this time!

I love Prema and have since its former incarnation up the hill! The staff are always so kind and welcoming and always try to accommodate my last-minute requests. (I am a nurse and work shift work, often getting called in at random times.) The treatments are always amazing! The massages, EFT, saunas, and facials work wonders on my health and well-being. I LOVE being a member and sometimes even spend my hard-earned money on my partner and my sister for gifts treatments at Prema, which they think are pretty wonderful. I love you guys and need you so much to manage my day to day stress levels! Thank you for everything.

The biggest compliment I have to give goes to Sergio, I am very happy every time I see him. He listens to what my concerns are and offers suggestions and exercises to help with those issues before my next appointment. The facility are always clean and the staff is helpful.
