My massage was great! I love the atmosphere at Prema and all the crystals/salt lamps, etc.
That said, I do want to mention that I was a little annoyed with the person who talked to me prior to and after my session (business development sales type person) s massage therapist. Coming to you guys was great before b/c I could book last minute appointments easily.
All in all, I came for a relaxing time and I would have been 100% ok if the just lady at the till could have told me about the promo (to save me money) rather than this separate sales type person...which seemed to be a waste of my time, especially after I was just relaxed, in a great mood, and just ready to pay and leave.

The new atmosphere is great, definitely has a nice ambiance.
The music is in and out in the rooms which is a bit of a bummer.
Also, the sauna rooms are so quiet that you can hear talking in the office right beside them, down the hallways and front desk. Adding music in the sauna rooms or in that end of the building would be great.
